Toaster SNACK CAKE

1 cup flour
Pinch of salt
1 teaspoon baking powder tea
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
Milk 1 / 2 cup
2-3 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract or lemon

Oven to 350 F.

On a sheet of wax or parchment paper, flour, salt and baking powder (or in a bowl), mix.

In a glass bowl or measuring cup, microwave milk until it begins to steam - about 1 minute (do not boil!). Add butter, stirring until it melts. After cooling for 5 minutes.

With a whisk, beat eggs, gradually adding sugar. Stir a few tablespoons of hot milk, then gradually combine all the milk with the egg mixture and butter, whisking constantly. Flour mixture, then vanilla extract or lemon juice (if using lemon extract, 1 / 2 teaspoon lemon zest can be added for extra flavor).

Pour batter into a slide size "small piece of bread and butter, which was (or non-stick spray) and sprinkle lightly with flour. It can also be made in mini-kitchen, cupcake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cake tests done (a toothpick inserted in timber in the center comes clean). Mini-muffins sewing half the time.

Yes! Quite simply, how to bake the cake as a rule in the oven to 350 degrees. Make sure you know, have a capacity problem, he would make to a layer at a time.

I bought a toaster, my mother, confined to a wheelchair oven, and enjoyed it immensely! He discovered he could make cakes, cookies and crackers.

Good luck!

No, unless u wanted a cake thats gross burnt on the outside and inside. if u dont have an oven, only to improvise.
receive a heavy pot (or anything else that the size of Ur can accommodate PAN) on a rack inside, then put ur bake bread and covered over low heat Vey.
* Aluminum pots are best for use as a makeshift oven, because it does not burn, stainless steel, but only to ensure that it is not too thin.

Yes, maybe, but probably separately for each layer, if not the two bake in the oven at the same time fit. But you can cook in a toaster over and be fine.

I'm not sure it would work, not enough space for heat circulation.
